Classification by function
Reaction vessel
Reaction vessel is mainly used to complete the physical and chemical reaction of working medium. Through the structure design and parameter configuration of the vessel, the heating, evaporation, cooling and mixing functions of low and high speed required by the process are realized. Because chemical process is generally combined with chemical reaction, reaction technology is the core technology of the process, and the reaction vessel is the most critical equipment in the whole chemical plant.
Reaction containers are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries to complete sulfurization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and other processes.
Separating container
Separator is a container for mass exchange, gas purification and solid, liquid and gas separation. Evaporator is a common separation vessel, which is mainly used to heat mixed liquid medium in chemical reaction, so that medium with low boiling point can be evaporated and separated from mixed medium.
Storage container
Storage containers are containers used to hold liquid or gas materials, storage media or to balance and buffer pressure.
Classification according to product material
Due to the special process requirements of different downstream industries, pressure vessels made of special metal materials often have irreplaceable functions or unique advantages in their process flow.
