Quick opening closure
Quick opening closure is applicable to the openings of pressure pipelines and pressure vessels, and offers rapid opening and closing functions. It is composed of safety interlock mechanism and open/close mechanism. Our product has introduced foreign advanced technology and advanced design conception to furnish the clipping and opening mechanism with compact and flexible features and reduction of size based on strength assurance. There is no relative rotation between O-ring and sealed area when the blind flange is closed. Thus the sealing reliability is ensured. The entire close and opening process can be completed by one person within 2 minutes without special tools involved, so that the labor intension is considerably reduced. This product is especially suitable for pipeline cleaner launching and receiving units and filter and any other related pressure vessels.
1. Bandlock quick opening closure
Bandlock quick opening closure is designed using the method of finite element analysis, which is divided into inner and outer bandlock closure. Each structural form of Closure can be classified into vertical type and horizontal type.
 -Design pressure: 1.6MPa-30MPa.
 -Test pressure: water pressure is 1.5 times the design pressure, and air tightness test is equivalent to the design pressure.
 -Working media: oil, natural gas, water, ore pulp, etc.
 -Corrosion allowance: 2mm.
 -Seismic fortification intensity: 7 degrees.
 -Opening time: less than 60 seconds (not over 200N force).
 -Life of sealing ring: ≥2 years.
2. Clamp quick opening closure
Clamp quick opening closure be made of closure cover, cylinder flange, clamp hoop, sealing ring, safety interlocking mechanism, open and close mechanism and rotary folding mechanism etc. it can be fast opened and closed  the cover of pig receiver &launcher, achieve quick finish cleaning or dredge pipe work, in order to improve the pipeline transport capacity, reduce the energy consumption and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.

3. Inserted quick opening closure
Inserted type quick opening closure is composed of end closure, barrel flange, safety  interlock device etc.

4. Insulating joint
The insulating joint is the essential pressure component necessary for steel pipeline cathodic protection system, broadly applicable to steel pipeline cathodic protection systems, adopts a unique design based on referencing foreign latest product structure  to overcome problems of inadequate rigidity, prone to leak, unable to be buried under ground short service life, ete. Pig receiver & launcher
Pig receiver & launcher is the main process equipment of petrochemical pipeline station, its basic functions for pigging is capable of sending and receiving of pipeline cleaner. According to the different applicable objects are divided into standard and intelligent pig receiver, launcher, the main difference is length of the cylinder.
 -Design pressure: PN1.6-16.0Mpa.
 -Diameter: DN150~DN1500mm.
 -Test pressure: 1.5 times of the design pressure, air tightness test is equivalent to design pressure.
 -Corrosion margin: minimum 2mm.
 -The earthquake intensity of crack: 7°.
 -Applicable medium: crude oil, refined oil (gasoline, diesel), gas, water.
 -Design and manufacturing basis: ASME VIII-1, ASME31.3, 31.4 & 31.8.
1. Intelligent Pig receiver & launcher
Intelligent pig cleaner at least more than 6 times of the standard cleaning pig, so intelligent pig receiver & launcher is 2~3 times the length of standard pig receiver & launcher.
2. Ordinary Pig receiver & launcher
According to the different applicable objects are divided into suitable for Pipeline Pigging for ordinary pig receiver & launcher or standard pig receiver & launcher.

Filter

1. Basket filter
The basket type filter is mainly composed of a connecting pipe, a cylinder, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover and a fastener. The filter structure is not the same as other filter, because of shape basket, named basket type filter for oil or other liquid pipelines.

2. Y type filter
Y type filter is usually installed in the valve, pressure relief valve, inlet water valves or other equipment end, used to remove the impurities in the medium, to protect the normal use of valves and equipment.
3. Bag filter
Bag filter can carry more work pressure, pressure loss, low operating cost, energy saving effect is obvious, convenient replacement of the filter bag, filter and cleaning, small size, large capacity, the use of flexible, diverse installation.
4. Gas Remover Filter
Gas Remover Filter is one of the auxiliary equipment of the flow meter, it has separation medium gas pipeline flow, impurity in filter media, so as to ensure the advantages of metering accuracy and to prolong the service life of the flow meter etc..
5. Conical filter
The conical filter is also called as the temporary filter, its shape is the vertebral body, which belongs to the pipeline coarse filtration series. The form is simple, removal of impurities in the pipeline is the normal operation of equipment and operation, to achieve a stable process, to ensure the safety of equipment production.

6. Quick opening basket filter
Filter is composed of vertical quick-opening closure, cylinder, stainless steel filter components, liquid input, liquid output, drain, supports and other parts. It’s main function is to intercept the solid impurities within the transmission medium in order to ensure the normal operation of pipeline and equipment.

 Test Pressure: 1.25 times of designed pressure
7. Fine filter
In relatively wide application,the fine filter because of its long service life, high capacity, high corrosion resistance, good temperature resistance, large flow, convenient operation, is to obtain a great attention in the field of industry.

A. Fine filter as a sewage treatment filter equipment, has the function of automatic cleaning, this function greatly reduces the water consumption, energy consumption and energy saving.

8. Primary filter
The primary filter is applied to the primary filtration of the air conditioning system, which is mainly used to filter the dust particles of 5μm or more.

separator

1. Cyclone separator
The main function of the cyclone separator is to remove the solid particles and liquid droplets in the gas, which can be removed to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline and equipment.It uses the sedimentation of gravity and centrifugal separation, etc. according to the principle of airflow separation of solid and liquid impurities and fine dust particles. Cyclone features: simple structure, easy operation and control; disassembly, convenient cleaning; has good flow control characteristics of structure.
2. Gravity separator
Gravity separator structure of various forms, but its main function is the use of production separation medium and isolated material density difference to achieve, so called gravity separator.
3. Three phase separator
Oil-gas-water three phase separator is one of the most commonly used equipment in oil field development and production. A "solid, liquid and gas" three-phase separation device installed in the oil well of the oil field under the pump.
Characteristics of three phase separator
1. Interface controller and weir plate: does not apply to heavy oil or a large number of emulsion or paraffin.
2. Tank and weir design: the requirements of the water weir plate should be placed below the oil weir plate a distance.

Heat exchanger

1. Shell and Tube Heat exchanger
We are offering all TEMA type (BEM, AEM, BES, AES, BET, BEU, AET) Shell and Tube Heat exchangers under ASME U Stamp, DNV & CE Certification,has good performance, safety and economy.
The material for heat exchanger including Carbon steel, Stainless Steel 304/L, 316/L, Duplex S32205 and High Alloy with Copper, Monel, Hastelloy C276, Titanium and so on.
2. Hairpin heat exchanger
The hairpin heat exchanger is a U-tube heat exchanger with separate shells for both tube bundles. Independent tubesheets for high-temperature differences, thermal shock and cycling. Moveable support brackets with slots for shell expansion and flexibility in installation.
