Push Device For Pig Launcher and Receiver

Retrieve the push frame to the trolley rear end ,adjusted the push rod to the designated position according to the length required, put device on the curved plate of trolley main body, connected the wire rope  according to the “pushing use diagram”, and then moved the trolley body to make it docked with nozzle, drive the wire rope by driving the hand winch to make the push frame push the equipment into the nozzle used position; Moving backwards the trolley body separate it from the nozzle, unloaded the wire rope connection, collect all component for future use.

Pulling Device for Pig Launcher and Receiver

Retrieve the push frame to the trolley rear end, adjusted the push rod to the designated position according to the length required, and replaced the pull head, connected the wire rope  according to the 《pulling use diagram》, and then moved the trolley body to make it docked with nozzle, hook the device with the push rod,  drive the wire rope by driving the hand winch to make the push frame pulling the equipment from the nozzle to the curved pallet; Moving backwards the trolley body separate it from the nozzle, unloaded the wire rope connection, collect all component for future use.

Maintenance For Pig launcher and receiver

Check moving parts whether running well before use, the parts need back to the designated position and cleaned after use;

If not used for a long time, the small wheel, the steering wheel, the push wheel and the hand winch need to grease with calcium-based for protection. Frame paint loss need to be touched up and Dustproof and waterproof protection is necessarily.

Wheel bearing and hinge axle of hand winch Calcium-based grease need to be supplement every six months during usage period;

Each component need to be repaired to avoid rust when the film is damaged.
